Our Changing Credit The Forclosure Fraud!

If you look back into the past post on this blog you will learn that I had some great problems with G.M.A.C. doing business as Home Comings Financial. Concerning the errors in their accounting and not one of the electronic news agencies would even run my posts.

Even though I outright asked them to do so as I was fighting not only for my own property and credit ratings I was fighting for all those who were in the same situation as I.

Now with the "NEWS" that Major Banking Institutions and G.M.A.C. and all it's sub lending corporations, failed to maintain proper record keeping and the Judge's ruling that an electronic storage vault was not proper chain of custody for millions of title documents. Well we are watching the biggest melt down in the history of PROPERTY OWNERSHIP; in the world.

Why do I say world 30-40 percent of all land in this country is own by Foreign Investors, according to a report I read some time back. Same with most of the major corporations like 3M.

It always makes me feel good when I win a fight it took me nearly 3 years to get my credit rating restored after G.M.A.C. failed to keep their word that the had corrected a problem that I pointed out to them. Took filing a complaint against them with the Federal Trade Commission after they became an Investment Bank in the great G.M.A.C.;  Bailout. I finally was able to get direct communication with one of the upper management personal, after dealing with their  phony Customer Care which is nothing more that a call center in the Philippines. and not in Iowa, as they try to tell you.

I know this as I have spoken to many of the reps and every one is Filipino(a) and having been married for nearly 14 years to my dear departed wife I speak a poor form of the language. I cannot fault the poor folks in the Philippines sitting in a call center  trying to make a peso to keep from starving to death. But the CEO of G.M.A.C. who was willing to take BILLIONS of our dollars to keep him (her)self in an income the same with all of their "American" employee's doing the same.

How is all this going to effect everyone who has bought a house in this country that was a foreclosure? The largest title company in the U.S. says that it will not issue TITLE INSURANCE ON ANY FORECLOSED HOUSE IN California and a number of other states the rest will follow suite.

Well hang on to your hats and grab your butts because this is really going to screw up every ones credit scores all over again and we are going to really see this  WORLD ECONOMIC DEPRESSION REALLY; BEGIN,  now that  Congress, yes that same Congress that allowed all this mess to take place. With their open hands accepting kick backs from big business.

I shouldn't rant; well try to save your credit if you can if you are one of those who that you were going to make it big in the foreclosure market and make much money as and investor guess that you are going to have to give all that property you bought back and the money you made flipping it.

Your Credit will now that is a different story. Guess that this is one of the reason I refrained from buying property wanted to see where it was all going to fall like leaves from a tree being scattered in the wind.
